Welcome, North Oconee High School. My name is Keith Carter, and I am the proud principal of NOHS, Home of the Titans. North Oconee is a wonderful environment where our main goal is to inspire students to think critically and become responsible citizens. Our entire staff is dedicated to fostering a rigorous learning environment that includes real-world relevancy and positive relationship building between students and staff.

Assistant Principal Cassy Moon

Mrs. Cassy Moon, Assistant Principal
Cassy Moon is an assistant principal at North Oconee High School. Prior to coming to North Oconee, she served as an assistant principal at Grayson High School and taught biology for 14 years.
Mrs. Moon graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Science Education. She obtained her Master's degree from Piedmont College in 2002 and her Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University in 2005. Mrs. Moon has a passion for education and enjoys working with the teachers, students, and parents at NOHS to prepare the students for post-secondary success.

Dr. Brock Holley, Assistant Principal & Athletic Director
My name is Brock Holley and it is a privilege to serve as the assistant principal and athletic director for North Oconee High School. I am excited to be working with some of the best students, teachers, coaches, parents, and community members in Georgia. My goal is to work alongside all of our stakeholders to help our students reach their full potential in academics, arts, and athletics. Prior to joining North Oconee, I worked in Calhoun City Schools as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and athletic director. My name is Seth Rhine and I am excited to be going into my second year at North Oconee High School. After a wonderful first year, I look forward to continuing the positive relationships with our students, faculty and community.
